In today’s post we are going to speak about church clothes. I think everyone understands that looking nice during and after church is very important. When it comes to real life, then it can be quite hard to create that very special outfit. Frankly speaking, there is no formula or uniform that can be used by you for dressing up to the church, but you can find appropriate clothes. All you need is patience and just a bit of time to create your look. Most ladies think that the best way is to wear a suit that we use to wear to work. However, most of business suits are designed to impress and look expensive, but I think and it’s my personal opinion, you have to look more toned down and classic. I am not saying you need to keep things muted and simple. All you need is to feel comfort and keep your body covered. I mean, say NO NO to crop tops, cut-out dresses and mini length skirts and dresses. If you are new to going to church, then you have to remember one simple thing: a higher value is placed on looking presentable than looking attractive.

Your skirt and tee have to look nice and classy. Better avoid high heels and wear something classic, like mannish flats or low-heeled pumps. I don’t recommend to wear neon colors, bright prints or any other creative garments. Your clothes have to be comfortable and you have to feel yourself at ease. In other words, your outfit has to be conservative, yet stylish. There is no strict dress code, as we have at our offices. Keep in mind one simple thing: you have to feel individual without showing off your uniqueness to everyone. You come to church to be closer to your God. If you feel comfortable yourself in pants, then there is nothing wrong in wearing them to church. All you need is to add a sweet looking blouse or shirt that will compliment your lovely bottoms. You can find beautiful garments in designer brands, as well as in fast fashion retailers.
